Absolutely! Your test kit will be shipped directly to your home, where you can easily collect your samples and ship them back to the Viome lab in a prepaid mailer (U.S. only). You’ll need to download the Viome app or have access to a computer to answer your test questionnaire. Your test results and recommendations will be available within your account within 2-3 weeks of receiving your sample and completed questionnaires.

Yes. When you retest with a Viome Intelligence Test, your formula receives any adjustments that are needed, dictated by your latest test results.

In an effort to keep your formula up-to-date, the team may further refine your personalized probiotic and prebiotic recommendations when you retest, if we make any improvements to our ingredient database, and when new research and science trains our AI that may lead to a better understanding of what is best for you.
Even if you have not recently retested, you may see slight adjustments in your food or supplement recommendations, including the addition of new ingredients. When you see an adjustment like this, the label on your next box of supplements or biotics will reflect these changes.

To ensure the confidentiality of your data, we separate users’ personally identifiable information (PII) from protected health information (PHI) and use multiple layers of encryption and access protection. We do not provide your information or results to employers or health insurance companies. Viome will never sell your data.

Currently, our Full Body Health Solutions are available in the U.S. and for shipment to Canada, with the exception of the VRx My Biotics™ Oral Lozenges.
