He served as the COO of Groupon, managing a multi-billion dollar global business. Previously, he was the CEO of GlobalScholar and Xome, and has also held leadership roles and advisory positions at BigCommerce, Feedvisor, and Solana.

Chief Brand Officer, Product Strategy & Corporate Communications
Helene joined in 2017 and oversaw Viome's early marketing and product efforts. She now oversees Brand Strategy, PR & Communications, working with marketing and product teams to translate the incredible capabilities of our science and technology into a memorable experience for customers. Her background includes experience in the entertainment & music business, brand marketing, public relations, and behavioral science.

Dr. Barrie is an internationally recognized physician, clinical medical researcher, lecturer, inventor, author, and entrepreneur, and one of the founding pioneers in the microbiome field. He is the founder and former CEO & Chairman of Genova Diagnostics, the world’s largest Functional Medicine clinical reference laboratory for physicians.

Damon Tanton, MD
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Tanton is an endocrinologist and obesity medicine specialist who oversees the inpatient and outpatient endocrine care across nine clinical campuses. His team conducts over 125,000 patient visits per year, and has been recognized by US News and World Report as one of the top 15 endocrinology programs in the nation. Damon serves as a national strategy consultant and an international speaker on insulin resistance and other metabolic diseases.

Teymour Boutros-Ghali
Founder of several successful technology companies, Teymour brings more than 30 years of investment experience to BOLD. Teymour is co-founder and Managing Partner of BOLD and was previously General Partner of Monitor Ventures (an early stage venture fund), and Vice President of Time Inc. Ventures (Time Inc.’s corporate Venture fund). A graduate of Cambridge University in EE with a PhD from MIT, he has a deep interest in disruptive technologies and has lectured on entrepreneurship at UCLA.
